I finally done the Simplified Chinese translation to
maint-guide, completely. i.e. fully translated.
And, only po/zh-cn.po was modified in my branch.

1. I think we can notify Debian webmaster to update this matter:

2. Seems no chance to raise a freeze exception of jessie,
