Dear Maintainer,

libzbar0 is not multiarch compatible.
In turn this prevents installing the 32-bit gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad package
on 64-bit Debian systems which then makes Wine's GStreamer support pretty
useless.

So I propose the attached Debian packaging files to make zbar-tools, libzbar0,
libzbar-dev, libzbargtk0, libzbargtk-dev, libzbarqt0 and libzbarqt-dev
multiarch compatible (adjust the changelog to taste). However I'm not sure how
to convert the Python and Perl packages (and hence zbar-dbg too) so I left them
as is. Still this should help any one who only needs the other packages.

While I was at it I added a build dependency on automake >= 1:1.13 to match
new_autotools_build_fix.patch.
