This is a leftover from ancient times where init scripts didn't use dependency-based boot, I agree this should go away. However, since this doesn't really affect the functionality of the package, (it's just a harmless warning) this doesn't meet the freeze policy for Jessie and thus won't be fixed there, but I'll make sure this will be fixed afterwards.
