Package: debian-installer
Severity: normal

Dear D-I team,

Currently on jessie d-i, it always asks keyboard to use when I select
Korean language.

   * What led up to the situation?

   Select Korean language and proceed

   * What was the outcome of this action?

It asks keyboard type, presenting the full list of available
   keyboards.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

Like other languages, it should choose the default kr keymap.

I have no idea which package decides the default keyboard for a given
language. I added Korean default in console-setup package, in #756052.
But it doesn't seem to change d-i.
