The issue exists upstream and boils down to a known issue which may or may not be a bug in GCC 5: https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=64864 The issue will be fixed in gyoto as soon as a proper fix is documented. The issue seem to be affecting quite a few packages, I hope it will be fixed as a GCC bug rather than requiring half the free software in existence to work around it. Kind regards, Thibaut.
