Package: wireshark-qt
Version: 1.12.1+g01b65bf-3
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

I've installed wireshark-qt and followed the DEBIAN.readme to set perms with
  $  sudo dpkg-reconfigure wireshark-common
but I still get the error that this "couldn't run /usr/bin/dumpcap in child
process". I've also tried setting the SUID but manually on that file,
  $  sudo chmod u+s /usr/bin/dumpcap

but I still get this error. I cannot capture packets as a non-root user
with this failed setup.
