I tried a Calrad 40-BT2 A2DP receiver (reports as a BTR006L headset) with similar results, except that it does not even offer the option for an audio sink. I may be wrong, but it seems the drive is insisting the user enter a PIN on the receiver, but these devices do not have any means of entering a PIN. They have on and off buttons, and that is all.
