Only if you have a VNC server listening to that port (for example x11vnc).

The Debian package doesn't comme with x11rdp, so it is also expected to
fail. It is not expected to hang though.

I mark the bug as "wontfix" since this package is seeking for a new
maintainer and such a bug is not worth spending time to fix since the
workaround is obvious (don't use that option). Maybe a new maintainer
would be more concerned (or maybe this is fixed in later versions).
