Bug#771549: fail2ban: init script refuses to start after a crash

Thanks to the package maintainer, version 0.9.1+git44-gd65c4f8-1 of fail2ban is available in the experimental repository.
I have tried this a few days on a few different computers, and I have not had an issue with segfaults in sqlite3. 

Others who have segfaults with fail2ban and sqlite3 may want to try it out.
