There is a new upstream release. Filing this so we don't forget. I
believe the current patches are all applied, but would need to review
that.

Despite being just PulseAudio's sidekick, Pavucontrol has attracted 14
contributors since last release, saving Pavucontrol from falling into
the pit of bitrotting software. Thanks to all of you!
