Package: squeak-vm Version: 1:4.10.2.2614-1 Followup-For: Bug #595787 The problem exists exactly as originally described. It is getting worse in the sense that the Debian etoys package is now seriously out of date (see #636577), and therefore it’s natural to install it from source, only that doesn’t work, as it expects to call the normal squeak script.
The natural workaround is to deinstall Debian’s squeak-vm and install that from upstream too, which is a pity. -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers trusty-updates APT policy: (500, 'trusty-updates'), (500, 'trusty-security'), (500, 'trusty'), (100, 'trusty-backports'), (90, 'vivid-updates'), (90, 'vivid') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.16.0-33-generic (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages squeak-vm depends on: ii gettext-base 0.18.3.1-1ubuntu3 ii gnome-terminal [x-terminal-emulator] 3.10.2-0ubuntu1~trusty1 ii libc6 2.19-0ubuntu6.6 ii libfreetype6 2.5.2-1ubuntu2.4 ii libjpeg8 8c-2ubuntu8 ii libpcre3 1:8.31-2ubuntu2 ii mlterm [x-terminal-emulator] 3.3.2-1 ii whiptail 0.52.15-2ubuntu5 ii xterm [x-terminal-emulator] 297-1ubuntu1 Versions of packages squeak-vm recommends: ii zenity 3.8.0-1ubuntu1 Versions of packages squeak-vm suggests: pn etoys <none> -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
