Dear Maintainer,
I am using halibut to generate HTML, manpage, PDF and text output.
Unfortunately, in the PDF files, the web links are displayed just like
to regular text. No blue color, no underline.
It would be nice to have this at least configurable somehow.
(Added upstream in Cc, just in case)
