If duplicity is used with a "/" character in one of the prefix options, such as 
--file-prefix, --file-prefix-manifest, --file-prefix-archive, 
--file-prefix-signature, it craches with 

[...]
os.rename(self.name, new_path.name)
OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory

(tested with S3 backend)
