I looked back again at the initial bug report. There, it mentioned the following USB device. 3.34 W 100.0% Device USB device: Integrated Camera (Chicony Electronics Co., Ltd.) That USB device is an integrated webcam. Now its power consumption rose high when using adb. I think *that* was the bug report.
