Weird, I'm not actually configuring this myself, it's done by autoconf: https://github.com/rcaelers/workrave/blob/branch_v1_10/frontend/applets/xfce/src/workrave-xfce-applet.desktop.in.in#L7 I would have thought the auto-builders would get the right path. Have you tried building from source to see if you get the right path in there when you do that? If you don't, it means it's an upstream bug.
