I can confirm this and suspect this is an upstream problem, possibly related
to the tbb 4.5 update. Could maybe someone help with submitting the issue
upstream and providing a fix?
A workaround is to manually run ~/.local/share/torbrowser/tbb/x86_64/tor-
browser_$LANG/Browser/start-tor-browser - but I still consider this to be
seriously breaking the package, thus the severity.
