Thank you very much for reporting this issue. To be honest, I'm not fan of GTK3 themes myself. Although they are here so we have to live with them. Since LXDE upstream developers team is open for any suggestions then give your suggestions for theming of that pane and it hopefully will be added in next release.
As for detailed list view, that is not so simple to change because that theming support comes from GtkTreeView which has a lot of problems beside this one and upstream have some plans to reimplement that and therefore fix this and few other problems.
