Uhm... I thought 1.0.2a-1 (sid) is higher than 1.0.2~beta3-1
(experimental)... and I haven't found an entry fixing the issue.

Quoting from the tag definition:

So that should then perhaps be clarified that it MUST contain ALL other
releases where it's present.
