Thanks for confirming. I also had some (apparently somewhat different) problems when trying to build golang-ginkgo on arm64 with the 1.5~pre golang which I described in bug #784543, though the 1.5~pre golang was able to build some other packages (golang-goprotobuf, golang-doozer, golang-log4go) so I don't think the 1.5~pre golang is completely broken.
