Dear Maintainer, from GNOME Flashback sessions it is not possible to connect to PPTP VPNs. This might affect other VPN connections, too, but needs to be confirmed. Both GNOME and GNOME classic are not affected. The incompatibility was already reported and fixed for Ubuntu: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager-applet/+bug/1440009 Thanks in advance Michael -- System Information: Debian Release: 8.0 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.16.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages network-manager-pptp-gnome depends on: ii libatk1.0-0 2.14.0-1 ii libc6 2.19-18 ii libcairo-gobject2 1.14.0-2.1 ii libcairo2 1.14.0-2.1 ii libdbus-1-3 1.8.16-1 ii libdbus-glib-1-2 0.102-1 ii libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 2.31.1-2+b1 ii libglib2.0-0 2.42.1-1 ii libgtk-3-0 3.14.5-1 ii libnm-glib-vpn1 0.9.10.0-7 ii libnm-glib4 0.9.10.0-7 ii libnm-gtk0 0.9.10.0-2 ii libnm-util2 0.9.10.0-7 ii libpango-1.0-0 1.36.8-3 ii libpangocairo-1.0-0 1.36.8-3 ii libsecret-1-0 0.18-1+b1 ii network-manager-pptp 0.9.10.0-1 network-manager-pptp-gnome recommends no packages. network-manager-pptp-gnome suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
