Dear Maintainer,

When trying to repair corrupted files, this version of par2 does not
detect the correct number of available blocks.
The 0.4 will find 11 of 17 data blocks where this version will find only
1 of 17
..
e.g:
with par2 0.6:
Target: "file.r01" - damaged. Found 1 of 17 data blocks.
with par2 0.4
Target: "file.r01" - damaged. Found 15 of 17 data blocks.
