Package: xscreensaver
Version: 5.30-1+b1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

Please find how to reproduce it:
1) Have a Debian Jessie with multiple users (at least 2) logged on lxde.
2) Activate xscreensaver from the bottom lxde task bar. (Please note that
the
bus is not reproducible if you activate the lock from the Logout LXDE
session
menu or the Debian-->Scree-->Locking-->Lock Scree item).
3) xscreensaver displays the following errors: A) grabbing mouse on 0x2cc...
AlreadyGrabbed; B) couldn't grab pointer! (AlredayGrabbed)
4) xscreensaver activates slowly. However the New login button is not
working.
This means that only the last user can enter the password and unlock it.

The normal behaviour would be the following:
3) Faster xscreensaver activation with no errors.
4) New login button working, in order to being able to switch user.

Please note that the issue seems similar to the following one I have found
on
the internet.

--- Starting quote ---

As you can see, XScreenSaver desperately tries to grab the mouse and
refuses to
lock until it finally gives up four seconds later. In my case it was
unclutter
which was grabbing it. Moreover I was using the -grab option and I guess
this
was causing the problem so you may just start the command this way instead :
unclutter -idle 5 -root &
(http://www.hauweele.net/~gawen/blog/?p=19)

--- Ending quote ---

However I have not verified if the unclutter is the real culprit.

Do you mind investigating?
Regards,
