- make raggle search for "sensible-browser" only by patching it on
build time.
- Recommend on www-browser
this will result in the following:

x-www-browser www-browser
so, the user can set the browser he wants to use by using the $BROWSER
variable, or by adjusting x-www-browser and www-browser by using the
alternatives system.
