But with the python.nanorc from v2.2, the docstring at the top (the one that says "expansion packages include...") wil not get coloured green, right? Only the triple quotes themselves are green, no? Surely this is not correct either?
What you're seeing is a manifestation of nano bug # 41313 (https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?41313) -- the start and end regexes of multiline strings being far too similar.
