While I can see what you're trying to achieve here, in the particular case of 
chocolate-doom, this change makes chocolate-doom RC-buggy for recommending 
packages outside of main:

  * must not require or recommend a package outside of main for compilation or 
execution (thus, the package must not declare a "Pre-Depends", "Depends",
