Hi,

If libselinux support is enabled but the machine is using another MAC
system (like apparmor), ps should probably fallback to the other
behaviour and parse "/proc/%d/attr/current", otherwise the label/context
would not be properly displayed in that case.

IMHO, this should be a runtime choice and not a compiletime one. If
selinux is enabled on the machine, libselinux method should be prefered
and then fallback if necessary.
