Package: procps Version: 2:3.3.9-9 Severity: normal User: [email protected] Usertags: selinux
Hi, If libselinux support is enabled but the machine is using another MAC system (like apparmor), ps should probably fallback to the other behaviour and parse "/proc/%d/attr/current", otherwise the label/context would not be properly displayed in that case. IMHO, this should be a runtime choice and not a compiletime one. If selinux is enabled on the machine, libselinux method should be prefered and then fallback if necessary.
