Bug#787106: openjdk-8-jre-headless: postinst script fails with "the java command requires a mounted proc fs (/proc)"

And this now resolved itself a couple of minutes later, after another
'update' of the apt repositories,
The 'util-linux' (essential package) was upgraded and this now has
'initscripts' as a dependency. So that got installed again.
This postinst script should now work again...
