Package: avrdude
Version: 6.1-2
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

I have try to move to Jessie. My JTAG (it's clode using CH340 for serial
to USB converter and ATmega8 az MCU) was working just fine in Wheezy
with avrdude 5.11 but now with 6.1 it reports timeout errors on verify.
I have used a very short shell script to burn to flash of mcu.

I have tried several additional options for slow down communication,
using larger delays, but nothing is working.

I can not use new Debian version, need stay at Wheezy.

Jessie now is "stable" for Debian, in short time Wheezy should be
     fully outdated.
REMARKABLE: I'm not sure that this is the Debian problem. I suspected
the avrdude, or may be the USB driver or susbsystem.

Thanks for your hard job!
