Package: gcal
Version: 3.6.3-3
Severity: minor

gcal does not respect the locale’s start day of week (actually, the
situation may be more complex than that, owing to a glibc bug, but that’s
the net effect).

This bug has already been fixed upstream, and is in the newly-minted version
4 release; please can we have it in Debian?
