Is there a big-endian ppc64 porterbox I can access yet? If not, give http://download.mono-project.com/repo/debian/pool/main/m/mono/mono_4.0.1.44-0xamarin1.dsc a shot
Supposedly partch offers ppc64 build environments, but all the chroots in schroot on there are powerpc, not ppc64.
