This dual-lived package is broken by perl 5.22 in experimental, which provides a newer version. The newer version (3.28) isn't on CPAN. No action is needed, but this is just to mark that at some point this package should be removed if no new release appears. This bug will become RC nearer the time of the perl 5.22 transition to unstable.
