OK, no problem.

History/Timeline:

- pcre3 did not build on powerpcspe and x32
- separatep porter uploads for both to debian-ports.org unreleased
- I updated pcre3 and merged the two patches, uploaded to unreleased
- the previous maintainer ACK’d merging the patch as NMU to unstable
⇒ first time this showed up in official Debian packaging
- Ivo reverted from 8.36 to 8.35 but *also* kicked out the two (since
  then) legitimate uploads
⇒ it FTBFS on powerpcspe and x32 again
- the package went into your hands
- I noticed this and created a patch bringing back everything that
previously was in Debian unstable (official repo)

Yes: the JIT does not work on x32 (which is ELF32 ILP32 CPU=amd64)
and powerpcspe (which is (I think 32-bit) PowerPC-SPE without FPU,
and with different hardware from the powerpc/ppc64/ppc64el ports).
