Package: xscreensaver-gl Version: 4.23-3 Severity: normal
The screen saver 'timetunnel' refuses to run on my system, aborting with an error: $ /usr/lib/xscreensaver/timetunnel timetunnel: texture error: invalid value The same error occurs even when prepending 'XLIB_SKIP_ARGB_VISUALS=1' to the command line. The system in question is running xorg 6.8.2.dfsg.1-10, and has an ATI Radeon Mobility 9200, which supports GL acceleration. A different machine with the same version of xorg and xscreensaver-gl installed runs 'timetunnel' fine (albeit slowly); that machine has Intel integrated graphics. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.12 Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
