Hello Jonathan & El Hadji Ahmadou Waly Ndiaye,could you please check with current gnote (from jessie) - synchronisation works for me with that version.
Allthough - gnote has been segfaulting for me recently, and I have activated (local) synchronisation recently sooooo ... I'm not sure if "works" is a correct term.
