It fails to build on several architectures since seccomp isn't universally available on Linux, see https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=firejail&suite=unstable for details. You can either limit the supported architectures to "amd64 i386 mips mipsel powerpc ppc64el" or pass "--disable-seccomp" on those archs. I'd recommend the first option, since on those (rarely used) archs all the profiles using seccomp would fail.
