Although this is blocked by hamlet being a reverse build depends of git -annex, I believe nothing is made worse if it is removed now: git-annex FTBFS from source anyways (#789582), so the source package needs an update anyways, and dropping the dependency on haskell-hamlet is trivial, as its contents were just moved to another package (haskell -shakespeare). So the next upload of git-annex will _not_ use haskell -hamlet.
