Thanks for picking up the work here. I know I've changed the workflow around a bit since I joined, but hopefully what isn't already obvious to you should be described at https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/pkg-iproute I can already spot a bit of outdatedness in it: - git-dch ... should nowadays be gbp dch ... - I started using --upstream-vcs-tag=... when importing new upstream releases a while ago which is not yet documented on the wiki. (This should all be a pretty standard git-buildpackage workflow to the best of my knowledge.) If there's anything you want me to document that will help you out please shout. Ofcourse, you're free to change to whatever workflow that suits you. You should also feel free to drop me from the uploaders field (and replace the mail alias in maintainers with yourself) if you please to better describe the actual maintenance status.
