Hey. Sorry for just cloning this instead of writing a new bug with s/dvdbackup/vobcopy/g run over it ;-)
As far as I can see, everthing that I wrote for dvdbackup applies to vobcopy as well, so it may make sense to provide an "image mode" there as well :-) If you have no interest, you can of course simply close it. Best wishes, Chris.
