Bug#781315: Wrong default in the config -- unusable with SMTP after a recent Python upgrade

Hi,

Thanks for your bug report. I replaced the default value in the
configuration file and will add a warning at runtime, but I don't have
a missing attribute error here:

    % python3
    Python 3.4.2 (default, Oct  8 2014, 13:14:40) 
    [GCC 4.9.1] on linux
    Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
    >>> import ssl
    >>> ssl.PROTOCOL_SSLv3
    1

Is it something that can be missing on different platforms?
