You still have a SYSTEMD_LIBS="-lsystemd-login" line there. While I'm not quite sure, why you need that (PKG_CHECK_MODULES will already set SYSTEMD_LIBS and SYSTEMD_CFLAGS), this should either be removed or updated as well.
