Bug#791920: systemd: with ifupdown, ifup@.service forces ifup eth0 even with no Ethernet link

As workaround one may delete two lines from service section in 
/lib/systemd/system/ifup@.service

Type=oneshot
ExecStartPost=/sbin/ifquery --state %I
Without type specified systemd will use default Type=simple
The ifquery call will be probably removed as soon #773539 is fixed.
