Fix FTBFS with texinfo 6.
- Add texlive-fonts-recommended to build-depends (needed for texinfo 6)
- Add debian/patches/dont-use-included-texinfo-texmfcnf.patch and
xbackslash-texinfo.patch (Patches thanks to Norbert Preining and
Mike Miller)
