One note on OVMF support with 1.2.1: even after geting the split OVMF
binaries installed in the right place, the generated VM is incorrect
for a KVM user session:

<loader readonly='yes' type='pflash'>/usr/share/OVMF/OVMF_CODE.fd</loader>

And since the VM is not yet created, we can't even change that behind
is back.
