I'm not OK to upload packages in such shape. I was entertaining idea to
request its removal from "unstable" but since nobody seems to be using it I
was just working on fixing all outstanding problems...

I reckon it is a matter of standards. I do not want to take responsibility
for upload of package with known non-free files while I'm not sure if it is
even works.

I intentionally responded to you privately as I did not want to discuss my
early/potential plans to adopt opennebula package in public yet...
