Hello,

Bumping severity to important, GnuTLS 3.4 has been available in
experimental for quite some time and this bug will be rc when the new
GnuTLS hits unstable.

FWIW this seems to be yet unfixed upstream (aws-gpl-2015-src), and
should probably be fixed by simply deleting a number of lines,
gnutls_rsa* functions are related to the RSA-EXPORT ciphersuites.
