Package with OpenSSL linked in is now uploaded to experimental, and also
(built for amd64) available here:
https://debian.jones.dk/pkg/phoneservices_/srtp_/sid+experimental/bastian/

Since getting new binary packages into Debian may take time to get past
ftpmaster, I will now explore the alternative --enable-kernel-linux
(which obviously only works on linux archs but that's sure better than
not working at all for Chromium). So expect another release to
experimental after next DInstal (i.e. ~4 hours from now).
