The shebang dependency generator looks like the following:
| for ipreter in stats['shebangs']:
| self.depend("%s%s" % (ipreter, ':any' if self.impl == 'pypy' else ''))
It generates a non-multiarch dependency for each interpreter if it is
not using pypy. So each script gets a hard dependency on the interpreter
of the same architecture, esp if it is actually arch-all.
