I've added some debug output to testminctools.sh: FAIL: testminctools.sh ====================== + ../../mincconvert ../../volume_io/Testing/t3_grid_0.mnc t3_grid_0_2.mnc -2 -clobber + echo Converted file to MINC2.0 format. Converted file to MINC2.0 format. + ../../mincinfo -minc_version -image_info t3_grid_0_2.mnc ncvarid: ncid 65536: NetCDF: Variable not found Version: 1 (netCDF) FAIL testminctools.sh (exit status: 3) It looks like the print_image_info method in progs/mincinfo/mincinfo.c fails at the 'Get information about variable' stage. I'm afraid I can't be more helpfull than this at the moment.
