After rename a binary inside a package (in debian/control), I received
a message from lintian saying about non-consecutive-debian-revision.
That's unrelated to the package rename, of course.
Implementation of this tag is completely broken. Lintian will emit this
tag for most packages in the archive.
Here's a patch fix it...
