Source: http-parser Severity: wishlist Hi, since the last upload of http-parser package, upstream had several intermediate releases and soname bumps. The current one is 2.5 and it is the current target for the next nodejs/iojs release cycle.
Can you please update the package to latest version and bump the soname? Moreover, it looks like many packages are directly embedding http-parser as it is extremely small; it may be worth providing a -source binary package for them to use. If nobody has time for this, just let us know. I'll be happy to take this over inside the JS packaging team. Cheers, Luca
